Terms and Conditions
Last updated: October 8, 2026
These Terms and Conditions apply to the website operated by On The Go DJ Pro, Inc, 3865 Mountain Ave, San Bernardino, CA 92404 ("the Company," "We," "Us," or "Our"), available at www.onthegodjpro.com.
By using this website, You agree to these terms. A booking is also governed by the client agreement presented before You sign. If that agreement conflicts with these website terms, the signed client agreement controls the booking.
Using the website
The website describes Our event services and lets You request a quote. A quote is not a booking until the client agreement is signed and any required payment is received. Information on the website can change, and a listed price is not a promise until it is on a signed agreement.
You may not misuse the website, attempt to break its security, or copy its content for Your own commercial site. The text, photos, and marks on the website belong to the Company or its licensors.
Staff text messages
On The Go DJ Pro sends text messages to its own staff. Recipients are sales agents, assigned talent, and internal event stakeholders. The messages are operational alerts about assigned leads, client agreements, and events. They are not marketing messages, and they are not sent to customers.
A staff mobile number is added to that person's company profile when they join or when they ask to receive these work alerts. That is the consent to receive the texts. Using this website does not sign anyone up for text messages.
- Message frequency varies with assigned events and leads.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to stop staff alerts.
- Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected].
Mobile numbers collected for these staff alerts, and the record of that consent, are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. A message provider may process the numbers only to deliver the alerts.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy describes how We handle personal information collected through the website.
